Our team has over 25 years of HR and Employment Law experience across businesses of all size and sectors. We are proud members of the CIPD and provide a personalised and tailored service acting as your in-house HR Manager.
We pride ourselves on building great relationships with our clients and going the extra mile. This has helped us grow our client base through word of mouth and recommendations.
Based in Swadlincote- but with nationwide mobile services. Our central location means that we are able to reach our clients with regular face to face visits!

Toral Odedra
Director and Senior HR Consultant
Toral is a seasoned HR Specialist with experience at both Corporate and SME level. She is extremely passionate about building strong relationships with her clients and providing practical HR solutions that enhance business performance.
Combined with her post graduate qualification in Human Resources Management, she is equipped to contribute to people strategy up to board level. Her most recent training and qualifications have covered Performance Coaching and Mental Health, an area of HR Toral finds truly rewarding.
In her free time Toral enjoys travelling to new places with her family and friends and taking part in all experiences that involve the great outdoors.
Lisa Edmundson
Assistant HR Consultant
Lisa brings a wealth of experience from both SMEs and large corporate environments, giving her a deep understanding of the diverse challenges organisations face.
With a degree in Behavioural Science, Lisa is our Assistant HR Consultant, dedicated to building strong working relationships with clients to truly understand their unique business needs.
Lisa leads with excellent people skills and is committed to going the extra mile to solve complex HR challenges and deliver outstanding service.
In her free time, Lisa enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and pursuing various crafts.
Anita Mistry
HR Administrator
Anita is a HR Administrator at Lansbury HR. She supports our clients through preparing HR documents, tailoring these to the specific requirements of each business, with keen attention
to detail.
She ensures that the team is organised, efficient and fully supported with all of its HR activities.
Anita is also the social butterfly who ensures the team takes time out and celebrates our and our clients' success.
In her spare time, Anita enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing sports and
games, and can be (ever so slightly) competitive!
