additional costs for you as an employer. We work in partnership with Health and Safety consultants who specialise in Haulage, to ensure that you are operating in line with current health and safety legislation, and safe working practices.
Working Time Regulations
Compliance of the Working Times Regulations (1998) is key within the Haulage industry. Irregular
shift patterns, average working hours, holiday calculations and pay can be an area you may need support with. We will guide you to help you abide by this legislation, by ensuring your Contracts and Employee Handbook and your working practices are compliant.
Employee Relations: Long Term Sickness
Correctly managing employees suffering from a long-term sickness or injury can be difficult and time
consuming when trying to run your business. We have a vast amount of experience in dealing with
welfare meetings, occupational health referrals and either an effective return to work, or dismissal in the grounds of capability. We will support you through the process every step of the way.
